12:30pm Yoga Basics
Fundamental yoga postures and breath work with emphasis on moving in and out of poses safely.
Props and modifications offered to make poses more accessible.
Tuesdays - 2 evening classes:
5:15pm Yoga Stretch
Deep stretching to enhance flexibility and mobility.
6:30pm Hatha Yoga
Using alignment, conscious breathing and mental focus to develop awareness, strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Thursdays - 2 evening classes:
5:00pm Yoga and Meditation
A gentle, breath-based class to prepare the body and mind for a period of meditation
6:15pm Beginner's Yoga
Introduction to basic postures and breath work; suitable for those new to yoga.
